IHG opens first Holiday Inn in Gurugram

2 Mins read

Located in the heart of New Gurugram, Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90  will be the first Holiday Inn hotel in the city and the third in the Delhi-NCR area. Situated on a Multi Utility Corridor and offering easy access to Manesar, Southern Periphery Road, Dwarka Express Highway and the city centre, the 263 rooms hotel is located approximately 45 minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport, 30 mins from Gurugram’s railway station and 30 mins from Huda City Centre Metro station.

The Hotel is a part of a mixed use development “V3S Sapphire 90” which offers shopping, retail, multiplex, food court, restaurants and much more. The hotel has opened its doors as the Delhi/NCR area eases movement restrictions, providing an ideal choice for both business and  leisure travelers; a memorable weekend getaway destination for Delhi NCR residents, a convenient stop over for tourists covering the ‘Golden Triangle’ of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur and a restful stay for business guests frequenting corporate hubs in Gurugram.

Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90 offers an expansive all-day Dining restaurant, featuring a bar & lounge, that serves Asian, Indian and Western cuisine with both buffet and à la carte offerings. Located on the 16th floor, the modern and contemporary Viva All Day Dining provides the guest with an interactive dining experience and a unique urban & rejuvenating Aravali landscape view.  The hotel also features banquet & meeting rooms spread across 5,500 sq ft, a rooftop swimming pool and a 24-hour fitness centre.

Sudeep Jain, MD, South West Asia, IHG said, “We are proud to debut our Holiday Inn brand in Gurugram with a prolific and respected owner like V3S Vikas Surya Group (Crown Propbuild Private Limited). We are confident that the hotel is well placed to serve guests as markets start to recover, as well as in the long term as it represents a best in class product in our portfolio. The Holiday Inn Brand family has long been our growth driver in India, which is primarily driven by domestic tourism. In light of the current circumstances, domestic travel is expected to recover first, and consequently, we believe that the midscale category will be the first to recover.”

Peayush Agarwal, Group President, V3S Vikas Surya Group said, “We are very happy to partner with IHG and announce the opening of Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90. As one of the world’s most trusted hotel brands, we believe that guests are more confident in staying at a Holiday Inn hotel as they begin to travel again. We look forward to fulfilling our guests’ expectations with services unique to a Holiday Inn hotel, supported by the global rollout of IHG’s Way of Clean and Clean Promise.”
